The ACL Certification Program (PDF) sets the industry benchmark for technical proficiency and professional expertise in using ACL software. ACL Certification evaluates and recognizes your ability to integrate ACL technology into financial analyses and business processes, assuring senior management of your abilities to maximize the full potential of your organization's ACL investment. Earning the ACL Certified Data Analyst (ACDA) designation allows you to measure your ACL skills against global best practices drawn from our user base, providing tangible evidence of your professional development to support your career growth.
You must pass a daylong examination session to earn the ACDA designation. There are different examinations for each level of certification: Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert. Each level of certification must be earned prior to testing for the next level. For example, you must earn the Intermediate level certification prior to testing for the Advanced level. Currently the Intermediate level, is available; the Advanced and Expert certification will be introduced in the future. Although not required for certification, ACL recommends that you complete the appropriate training courses before taking the exam for each certification level.
