The Business Assurance Analyst is responsible for performing Business Assurance Assignments at client sites using ACL Software. This role encompasses successful management and implementation of ACL Software in the environment of client, aimed at delivering on business and revenue goals. Innovative ideas on Business Assurance and Analysis should be a strong quality
Summary of Key Accountabilities :
Planning and Communication
- Understanding the current Audit scope of work performed by the client and automating the same on ACL.
- Provide more meaningful and better analysis to add value to audit procedures both in terms of controls and revenue enhancements.
- Solution provided should be able to meet the management objective of data analysis.
Management and Execution
- Manage, coordinate and execute team with the given task.
- Act as lead project manager for significant or new projects.
- Create full project/program plans and documentation, identify team roles, define deliverables, create timelines, manage deadlines, analyze results, incorporate learning into future program refinements
- Provide direction, oversight on data management activities that support audit execution
Management
- Responsible for timely completion of projects and capability of effective and efficient planning of projects.
- Conduct internal training programs for team members to enhance their capabilities and skills for better execution of projects.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Experienced / Fresher from business qualification and Information Technology especially from Database Management Systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Educational Qualifications :
- Chartered Accountants, MBA (Finance, Information Systems), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), ISA (ICAI), and CISA.
Familiarity with business technology landscape – e.g. BI, ERP, related software applications should be an added advantage for selection.
