Description :
The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating market awareness of Seth Services brand and our Business Assurance Analytics technology – primarily within target audience segments (audit and compliance management). This role encompasses successful management and implementation of global marketing programs (lead generation) and marketing communication initiatives (market awareness) aimed at delivering on business and revenue goals.
Summary of Key Accountabilities :
Planning and Communication
- Manage global marketing programs with ACL regional sales management
- Provide management oversight on overall Marketing calendar for outbound marketing communications
- Provide timely, relevant communication updates to ACL stakeholders Management and Execution
- Manage, coordinate and execute marketing programs (email, electronic and print collateral, web, advertising, seminars, or others) to customers and prospects.
- Act as lead project manager for significant or new international programs
- Create full project/program plans and documentation, identify team roles, define deliverables, create timelines, manage deadlines, analyze results, incorporate learning into future program refinements
- Develop key messages, write and/or edit copy for required marketing components
- Provide direction, oversight on data management activities that support Marketing program execution
Management
- Establish / administer budgets for programs/communications initiatives
- Responsible for ensuring rollout educational sessions to internal staff are completed.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Experienced / Fresher in marketing in B2B context – preferably in the technology sector
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing communications functions, in particular, developing and executing marketing programs
- Strong direct marketing and Internet marketing skills as applied to a high tech software vendor context, operating in a global B-to-B selling environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills :
- Experience / Fresher marketing and through a mixed sales model (direct and channel distributors)
- Familiarity with business technology landscape – e.g. BI, ERP, related software applications
